Annual Fund Campaign—August-June
Because CJDS is a community school, tuition costs are controlled to ensure a Jewish education is financially feasible for all Jewish families. As a result, tuition income alone does not cover the cost of educating CJDS students. Your contribution to our Annual Fund Campaign is of vital importance. The Sam Lerner Scholarship Fund—Ongoing
The Sam Lerner Scholarship Fund enables many Jewish children to attend CJDS who might not otherwise be able to attend due to financial need. The education of Jewish children is the responsibility of all members of our community. Harris Teeter Together in Education—August-May
For every purchase of select Harris Teeter items, CJDS receives 2% of the sales. Just give your cashier your VIC card along with our school code: #3573. You need to do
this only once during the school year to assure that CJDS benefits from your shopping.

Target Take Charge in Education Target shoppers can apply for a Target REDcard or Target VISA card, and request that their purchases be counted toward CJDS through the Take Charge in Education program. This program donates a percentage of each cardholders' purchases to registered schools, usually 1% of REDcard purchases and ½% of Target VISA purchases. P lease make sure to link your card by visiting Target online at www.Target.com or by calling 1-800-316-6142. Remember that family and friends all over the country can help our school through this program – and who doesn't love shopping at Target?!
